Bare Chocolate Chip Cookies

High-protein, grain-free, low sugar

Ingredients:
¾ cup almond flour
1.5 scoops Bare Beef Protein
2 TBSP flaxseed meal
¼ tsp sea salt
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (optional for sweetness)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or paleo-approved)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
3. In mixing bowl, mix egg and sweetener and mix until foamy.
4. Combine wet and dry. Fold in olive oil and then chocolate chips.
5. Scoop dough into 10–12 cookies.
6. Bake 10–12 mins until golden. Cool before serving.
7. Pro tip: Sprinkle flaky salt on top
