Great for meal prep, with added protein boost
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
2 scoops Bare Beef Protein
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1–2 tsp monk fruit or stevia to taste
Toppings: berries, almond butter, cacao nibs
Instructions:
1. Blend milk and Bare Protein
2. Pour into a jar or bowl. Stir in chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.
3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours, stirring after 30 mins.
4. Top and serve chilled.
